退款政策

 All products purchased at MD coffee (Motive Dream Coffee HK) cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

*Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the process of delivery* 

Exchange for defective items

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at (852) 29949959 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (Cantonese, Mandarin), Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (English service) or over weekends 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. (Cantonese and Mandarin service), to request for exchange.

If MD coffee determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please follow the instruction of return at FAQ and send back your product with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

 

根據本條款，所有於 敢夢動 咖啡 (Motive Dream Coffee) 購買的產品均不可退貨或更換。僅當貨品屬問題產品，方為例外情況而可予以更換。如你認為你收到的產品為問題產品，請致電（852）29949959 聯絡我們。敢夢動 咖啡 (Motive Dream Coffee) 將保留權利決定該產品確屬問題產品，則該產品可並予以更換。

如需寄回可更換產品，只需根據 敢夢動 咖啡 客戶服務的指示，在收到產品後的十四日內將你的產品寄回，同時附上原始發票及原始包裝。
